Optional Fillings

Instructions

- Assemble quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet and evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over its surface. Add any optional fillings on top of the cheese if desired. Then cover with the second tortilla.
- Cook the first side: Let it cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese starts melting. Press gently with a spatula for a crispier texture.
- Flip and cook the other side: Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the second side is also golden and crispy.
- Rest and serve: Transfer the quesadilla to a cutting board and allow it to rest for 1 minute before slicing into wedges. Serve warm with your favorite sides such as salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
