- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Shape Cheese Ball: Using clean hands or a spatula, shape the mixture into a ball. Then roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or additional chopped dried beef to coat the outside if desired.

- Serve: Unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at cool room temperature with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- To ease mixing, let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before preparing.
- This cheese ball can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- For added heat, incorporate a few dashes of hot sauce or finely diced jalapeños into the cheese mixture.
